Relaxation Workshop
Join us at BRFS for this Saturday Series workshop, on September 30th from 1pm-3pm
Our Restorative Yoga teacher Christopher Hirsh will lead this exploration into the how’s and why’s of relaxation.
Combining yoga, stretching techniques, breath exercises, functional movement, and experiential exercises, this class will provide a fun, curious, and playful environment for us to learn tools we can apply in all areas of our lives to aid in recovery, sleep better, and maybe just feel a little more rested.
This class will involve exercises in which we practice self-massage, as well as consent based hands-on adjustments and touch, we will move with effort as well as spend time resting in stillness, please wear loose, covering layers.
